Report

on an Ordinance intituled an ordinance to facilitate

marriages between British subjects resident in the

Colony and British subjecte resident in the United

Kingdom.

This Ordinance was introduced in accordance with the

instructions of the Right Honourable the Secretary of State

contained in his Circular despatch of the 29th June, 1915.

In my opinion this is an ordinance to which His Excel-

lency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His

Majesty and on His behalf.
